Strong experience leading delivery within Agile environment
Demonstrated ability to optimise delivery processes and improve team effectiveness
Experience working closely with Engineering, Product, QA, Architecture, and Operations functions
Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring capabilities
Deep understanding of Agile delivery practices, frameworks, and tooling
Ability to use metrics and data to drive delivery decisions and continuous improvement
Experience supporting autonomous, self-organising teams
Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear delivery transparency and reporting
Experience driving organisational transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
