Achieve the set performance targets as required by the company.
Maintain and continuously develop existing customers, and complete tasks related to key customer development, new customer or new market development/promotion of leadership product as required by the company.
Coordinate with BD/GKA and relevant stakeholders to complete project development, tracking, and implementation, and improve the win rate.
Interface with marketing/solution management/revenue management and relevant team to drive high value solutions leveraging the company portfolio.
Complete routine tasks, such as CRM and sales-related activities, as required or in accordance with the set indicators.
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above, major in chemistry, industry or electrical is preferer.
At least 3 years of relevant business experience, with experience in key account management and development.
Solid experience in managing large-scale project.
Have experience in heavy-duty anti-corrosion/ industrial paint or related industries.
CET 4, Good command of English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Fast learning and adaptation ability.
