Role Overview
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with operational and business goals
- Lead end-to-end sourcing activities including RFx, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contracting
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive value beyond price (efficiency, quality, risk reduction)
- Partner closely with operations teams to understand demand, timelines, and service requirements
- Ensure timely and reliable support to meet operational needs
- Lead and manage end-to-end procurement projects, including sourcing initiatives, vendor onboarding, and offshore transitions
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage risks and dependencies, and provide clear tracking and reporting to ensure successful execution and continuous improvement
- Build and manage relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Lead contract negotiations including pricing, SLAs, and commercial terms
- Improve procurement processes to increase efficiency and scalability
- Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of procurement/sourcing experience
- Strong experience supporting operations-focused procurement
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end sourcing and supplier negotiations
- Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
