About this role
Role Overview
Organize CEO and executive management meetings: You coordinate CEO and executive management meetings as well as the CEO’s agenda. You also coordinate events for the CEO and attend them as required.
Implement internal communication: Together with the Head of Corporate Communications, you act as the company’s internal voice and implement internal communications professionally, clearly, reliably and with purpose.
National and international interface: You are an important contact person for our parent company in England and for our sister companies. You also maintain regular contact with other partners at home and abroad.
Provide administrative support: You keep the CEO free in day-to-day operations by coordinating and handling a wide range of administrative tasks. These include calendar management, preparing presentations, invoice verification, and organizing business travel.
Support confidential projects: You contribute to confidential projects on an ad-hoc basis, ensure clear structure, and prepare project documents carefully and clearly.
Supervise trainees: As a practical trainer/mentor, you actively participate in the supervision and development of our apprentices/trainees.
Collaboration and reporting: In this role you report directly to the CEO. Your workload is split roughly half between supporting the CEO and supporting the Head of Communications.
Requirements
Experience: You have several years of professional experience in a similar role and feel comfortable working in the dynamic environment of a medium-sized company.
Strong organizational skills & multitasking: You are used to working on several topics at once, adapt quickly to new situations, and enjoy serving as the central point of contact.
Excellent Microsoft 365 skills: Working with Microsoft 365—especially Outlook, PowerPoint and other common tools—is second nature to you.
Structured working style: Even in a busy workday you keep an overview and complete tasks in a structured, efficient and solution-oriented manner.
Personality & assertiveness: You are approachable and balanced, contribute proactively, can set boundaries when needed, give direct feedback and assert yourself constructively.
Enthusiasm for internal communication: You enjoy working on internal communication topics and appreciate collaborating with different specialist departments.
Audience-appropriate communication: You have a good sense for preparing information clearly, understandably and tailored to the target audience.
Strong language skills: You enjoy interacting with a variety of people and communicate confidently in German and English.
