Role Overview
- Bridge the gap between the paddock and the public to ensure a seamless media experience
- Serve as the functional engine of the Formula E press office
- Lead designer of the on-site Media Centre
- Manage the end-to-end accreditation process
- Develop and refine inter-departmental workflows that connect Sporting, Technical and Event teams
- Reconcile budgets and manage supplier contracts
- Provide high-level support for press conferences and troubleshoot real-time requirements
- Oversee the digital transformation of the media experience
Requirements
- Proven track record in large-scale event production or complex logistics
- Understanding of the unique demands of sporting events
- Experience navigating multi-stakeholder environments
- Ability to manage a budget and navigate financial administration
- Willingness to travel to every race on the Formula E calendar
- Strong organisational skills
- IT literacy
