Senior App Developer

Role Overview

• As an App Developer Senior Manager, you will be the core leader of the company’s app development business, responsible for formulating the app development strategy, technical roadmap, and work plan, aligning with the company’s business development goals and regulatory requirements.
• You will oversee the entire lifecycle of app development, including demand analysis, technical architecture design, development implementation, testing, launch, iteration, and maintenance, focusing on meeting the functional needs of core business links such as digital currency spot trading, derivative trading, fund recharge and withdrawal, and user asset management.
• This role requires in-depth understanding of mobile app development technologies, rich team management experience, strong technical research and development capabilities, and familiarity with app security and compliance requirements related to digital assets, to ensure the company’s mobile apps are stable, efficient, secure, and compliant.

Requirements

• Experience: 7+ years of mobile app development and management work experience, including 3+ years of app development team management experience; preferred experience in fintech, digital currency, payment, or internet financial institutions.
• Professional Expertise:
• Proficient in mobile app development technologies, familiar with at least one of the mainstream development frameworks (iOS: Swift; Android: Kotlin/Java; cross-platform: Flutter/React Native), with rich practical development experience.
• Familiar with app technical architecture design, performance optimization, security encryption, and interface docking technologies, able to solve complex technical problems in app development.
• Familiar with app store review rules and compliance requirements, with experience in app release, update, and maintenance in major app stores.
• Familiar with digital currency exchange-related business (spot trading, derivative trading, fund recharge and withdrawal), able to convert business needs into technical solutions.
• Proficient in agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), able to manage app development projects efficiently;
• Leadership & Management: Excellent leadership and team management capabilities, able to build and lead a high-performance app development team;
• Technical Research & Innovation: Strong technical sensitivity and learning ability, able to track industry technical trends, research and introduce advanced technologies, and promote technical innovation and optimization.
• Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English, able to effectively communicate with cross-departmental colleagues, external partners, and team members.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields; relevant professional certifications (such as PMP, CKAD, CKA) are preferred.
