Manage day-to-day account tasks and client communications.
Serve as a reliable internal point of contact for 3P partners.
Monitor marketplace policy changes and proactively communicate their impact.
Maintain and update digital dashboards tracking website traffic, lead volume, and conversions.
Help identify performance trends and provide data-backed recommendations.
Support the rollout of promotional calendars and advertising investments.
Collaborate closely with leadership to evaluate the efficiency and profitability of various account programs.
Identify and secure new product opportunities including brand and condition approvals.

Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 1 years of experience in digital marketing, account management, retail or data analysis.
High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (you should be comfortable with formulas and data organization).
Excellent communication skills and proven ability to build strong relationships.
Familiarity with e-commerce ecosystems (Amazon, Shopify, or similar 3P platforms).
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple 'moving parts' or promotional calendars simultaneously.
