Role Overview

• Develop and drive the enterprise Communications Technology (CommTech) strategy
• Own and manage the CommTech ecosystem end-to-end
• Oversee implementation and optimization of core CommTech platforms
• Build and evolve communications insights and performance reporting
• Standardize CommTech workflows and drive operational excellence

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience supporting modern Communications functions across communications technology, digital systems, analytics, or related fields
• Bachelor's degree required
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
• Demonstrated ownership of enterprise-scale technology platforms
• Deep expertise in communications technology and emerging AI-enabled solutions
