Meeting defined monthly pipeline targets and outbound KPIs
Building solid product and industry knowledge through self-study and shadowing
Representing TraceGains at events, webinars and marketing activities as a brand ambassador
Understanding relevant buyer personas and tailoring outreach to stakeholders in Quality, R&D, Procurement, Regulatory and Supply Chain
Supporting campaign execution by providing market and sales feedback to improve lead quality and conversion
Confident handling of inbound and outbound lead flows, re-engagement strategies and funnel stages
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience as an MDR/SDR, in B2B sales or marketing (ideally in SaaS or the food/CPG industry)
German at native or business-fluent level; very good English skills, both written and spoken
Proven success in outbound prospecting and new customer acquisition
Experience with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Demandbase, Outreach or comparable systems
Structured, independent way of working in a dynamic, international and predominantly remote environment
Willingness to travel (occasional domestic and international travel)
