Provide advanced-tiered support when joining the Cloud Platform System Operations team.
Collaborate with tenants and peer support teams.

Troubleshoot failures and productivity impacting events.
Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks including identification of new features required for automation and enhancing existing features to reduce the total VNF onboarding time frame.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant experience required in Openstack, Kubernetes, Redhat Openshift experience.
Good hands experience in managing the Data center operations, Infrastructure as a service.
Experience with Network Transport, SysAdmin responsibilities, and various services supporting OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) such as Advanced Cluster Management (ACM).
Demonstrated ability to develop clear, well-structured Methods of Procedure (MOP) documents.
Experience with scrutinizing and contributing to High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation via group and individual review.
Good experience in Stakeholder management, HPE/Dell Server provisioning or troubleshooting, cloud management and aware of automation processes.
