Role Overview
- Provide leadership and mentorship to employees performing project engineering activities for New Generation Projects
- Oversee direction, coordination, implementation, and execution of complex and high‑risk projects while ensuring alignment with company goals and commitments
- Support employee development and foster a growth‑focused environment that aligns with business needs
- Collaborate closely with customers and internal partners to deliver high‑quality service and maintain strong customer satisfaction
- Monitor and manage a portfolio of New Generation Projects, ensuring successful delivery
- Drive innovation by promoting best practices and enabling cross‑functional engagement
- Provide monthly sales, inventory, and utilization forecasts to support business planning
- Continuously improve project execution processes and identify enhancements to how services are offered and delivered
- Stay current on market trends to provide business insights and support future strategy development
Requirements
- BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 10 years of related experience in project execution or engineering environment
- Demonstrated ability to guide teams and strategies successfully in manufacturing or engineering organizations
- Ability to set priorities, stay self‑motivated, and excel in a timeline‑driven setting
- Up to 25% travel
- Legal authorization to work in the United States. Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.
