Manage and develop architecture governance processes (ADRs, reviews, forums)
Track and coordinate Architecture Decision Records (ADRs)
Document, communicate, and disseminate architectural decisions
Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and architecture reviews
Support delivery teams in ensuring solutions align with architectural intent
Prepare architecture metrics and monthly reports
Coordinate approvals and manage stakeholder concerns
Identify and escalate risks
Develop and maintain tools and templates (e.g., ADR templates, architecture repositories)
Support architecture processes and automation using JiraCloud and Confluence
Solve cross-fleet architecture challenges and promote knowledge sharing
Support resilience architecture, including Well-Architected Framework compliance
Assist in defining and assessing resilience requirements

Proven experience in architecture governance (ADRs, review processes, architecture forums)
Strong facilitation skills for workshops, design sessions, and reviews
Structured thinking and system-level perspective
Experience in requirements traceability (business
architecture
solution)
Project coordination skills (tracking, reporting, stakeholder management)
Risk identification and escalation experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience building or scaling an architecture function (preferred)
Hands-on experience with JiraCloud, Confluence, or similar tools (preferred)
Familiarity with architecture repositories (catalogs, diagrams, matrices) (preferred)
Experience automating ADR processes (preferred)
Resilience architecture knowledge (RTO, RPO, blast radius considerations) (preferred)
Exposure to automation and AI integration in architecture processes (preferred)
Cloud infrastructure (compute & storage) architecture expertise (preferred)
