About this role

Analyze existing processes (organization, practices, tools)
Meet with teams across different sites to understand local practices
Conduct audits of technical data management within the Business Units
Identify risks, inconsistencies, and areas for optimization
Recommend concrete actions and support their implementation
Participate in projects to evolve information systems and business processes
Coordinate internal stakeholders and act as a liaison between teams
Monitor project progress using KPIs, dashboards, and steering committees
Support teams through change management and adoption of new solutions
Create, update, and maintain technical data (items, bills of materials, SAP configurations)
Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of data

Initial experience in an industrial environment or in project management (Key User, business/project manager…)
2 to 4 years' experience (including apprenticeship) in similar roles
Desire to understand business operations, improve practices, and work in a multi-site environment
Knowledge of SAP (preferably MM, PP, or FI/CO)
Comfortable working in a project environment
Strong analytical skills, rigor, and a structured approach
Good interpersonal skills, adaptability, initiative, and autonomy
