Assist Solution Engineers in the end-to-end implementation of Astrata solutions from initial planning to post-deployment support for new and existing customers
Capture customer-specific details during meetings to ensure requirements are understood and recorded
Map customer requirements to our system specifications and assist in developing the implementation plan
Support the script creation process for deploying customer environments, processing data, and summarizing results
Conduct thorough testing to ensure successful implementations and share results
Find creative solutions to difficult problems and operate within a flexible, fast-paced environment
Communicate progress, updates, and potential roadblocks to teammates, ensuring alignment and transparency
Provide post implementation system support ensuring Astrata meets our SLA’s
Continuously assess project outcomes and identify opportunities for process improvement
Promote and participate in professional self-development to stay up to date with innovative technologies and development approaches within the industry
Requirements

Excellent organization and communication skills
Problem-solving aptitude, with the ability to anticipate challenges
Basic understanding of relational databases
A strong drive for learning and understanding
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other relevant field, or someone who has acquired core skills via practical experience
The ideal candidate would have 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing, professional services type roles
