Analyze large datasets related to lead generation and conversion, identifying trends, patterns, and insights.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data collected from various lead management systems.
Develop and produce comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to senior management and stakeholders.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead management effectiveness.
Collaborate with the Sr. Manager Lead Management to develop data-driven strategies that enhance lead acquisition and nurturing processes.
Provide recommendations for improving lead scoring and segmentation methodologies.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure alignment on lead management initiatives.
Support the implementation of marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
Identify opportunities for process improvements within lead management and analytics practices.
Stay informed on industry trends, tools, and best practices in lead management analytics.
Provide training and support to team members on analytics tools and methodologies.
Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or business intelligence, preferably in a lead management or marketing role.
Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL) and CRM systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Advanced English language skills
Experience in corporate marketing environments and familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Romanian or other languages is a plus.
