About this role
Role Overview
Overall technical responsibility from the initial site inspection to successful grid connection for demanding EPC projects in Commercial New Energy (rooftop photovoltaic systems, battery storage, charging infrastructure, and energy management)
On-site construction supervision as well as technical coordination and management of our subcontractors
Ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards and acceptance/sign-off of completed works
Developing technical concepts together with our planning and engineering teams and supporting their implementation (e.g., roof layout, string planning, LV main distribution (NSHV), transformers, MV stations)
Results-oriented stakeholder management with clients, grid operators, and authorities to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
Degree in Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification
At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in the technical implementation of EPC projects in the Commercial & Industrial sector with solid knowledge of rooftop PV systems
Confident handling of execution, string, and single-line/circuit diagrams (AC/DC) and ability to review them for technical plausibility
Ability to identify installation and execution errors on site, to report them precisely from a technical perspective, and to insist on corrective actions
Confident decision-making when facing technical challenges and a professional demeanor when dealing with trades and grid operators
Willingness to travel nationwide (Germany)
Business-fluent German (C1) and good English skills
Resilience, strong communication skills, and a structured way of working
