Generate insights and data-driven ideas for customer loyalty and retention
Prepare and execute marketing communication plans for existing users
Create briefs and initiate tasks for content and design teams
Collaborate closely with the technical retention team
Perform day-to-day email and in-app notification marketing activities
Track and report key metrics while suggesting ideas for improvement
Cross-team collaboration with product, legal, reputation, and other marketing teams
Requirements
3+ years of experience in product marketing, customer loyalty, retention, customer experience, value management, or similar role
Higher education background in marketing, international business, communication, consumer psychology, or user behavior
Experience in planning and executing initiatives across onboarding, activation & engagement, cross-sell, and retention
Hands-on experience with direct marketing channels including email, push, and in-app notifications
Experience in working with user segments and target groups to optimize communication effectiveness
