Technical Leader – whilst the role can be tailored to your strengths, this role is for a Civil Engineer that can take a lead role on civil design infrastructure projects, maintaining involvement from the bid stage through to design and ultimate successful project delivery.
Supporting development – work with a team of civil engineers, designers and drafters to contribute to the design and construction of civil infrastructure across a broad range of private and government projects.
Client facing – be supported into a client leader role where you will be encouraged to both grow your network and deliver innovative solutions to best fit a client’s needs.
Personal growth – grow your technical skills and leadership abilities within the team with guidance from the large Aurecon support network.
Collaborating across disciplines – work closely with a range of engineers across Aurecon to explore creative and efficient solutions to project needs.
Providing insights with care – share well-informed guidance that supports confident, inclusive decision-making within the Land Infrastructure team.

A relevant engineering degree, be RPEQ accredited (or CPEng and working towards RPEQ) and at least 7 years’ post-graduate experience in Civil Engineering
Demonstrated leadership and influencing capability
A strong ability to shape thoughtful, effective solutions in energy or infrastructure
Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a wide range of people
A proactive mindset, with the confidence to challenge the status quo and bring forward new perspectives
