You coordinate and facilitate the company’s planning and forecasting processes and are responsible for the continuous improvement of these processes.
You actively contribute to the month-end close, variance analysis, forecasting and action management at the interface with divisional controllers and agile portfolio management.
You captivate Executive Leads, the Management Board and committees with audience-appropriate, standardized reports while keeping the KPIs from our financial strategy in focus.
You participate in company-wide projects and ensure the interface to corporate controlling.
Requirements
You hold a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Business Informatics and have several years of relevant professional experience in controlling, ideally in an IT or SaaS company, or possess an equivalent qualification.
You are experienced in building, developing and standardizing controlling structures, KPIs and reports.
You are proficient with modern controlling tools (e.g., SAP S/4, Oracle EPM Cloud, Power BI), adept with Microsoft Office and use AI to work efficiently.
You operate with a high degree of independence and responsibility, are reliable and think entrepreneurially, analytically and process-oriented.
