Financial management and oversight of a central business area, including planning, forecasting, month-end closing and reporting.
Act as a Finance Business Partner: advise both specialist and management levels on economic and business-related questions.
Analyze pricing and margin structures and derive measures for sustainable performance optimization.
Identify opportunities and risks early and ensure transparent communication.
Initiate sound profitability and ad-hoc analyses to safeguard results.
Proactively advance the development of reporting, forecasting and planning processes.
Work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, BI and IT.

Degree in Business Administration, Finance or a comparable field.
Very good command of English.
Several years of experience in controlling, finance business partnering or procurement controlling.
Ideally, industry experience in retail or the FMCG sector.
Strong analytical skills and excellent numerical and process understanding.
Solid knowledge of SAP FI/CO, BI tools as well as MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Confident communication in German and English and ability to present complex topics clearly.
