Role Overview
- Support planning, design and execution of testing activities across software solutions
- Act as QA subject matter expert for telephony
- Define and maintain test environments for telephony features
- Create and maintain test scripts at product level
- Own regression test suites for telephony functionality
- Support QA for customer delivery projects
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in quality assurance
- Experience with telephony products
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of testing methodologies and practices
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working in Agile teams
