About this role

Managing existing and new customers on logistics matters and handling communication in German and English
Implementing new customer onboarding and change requests both operationally and within the system, in collaboration with the relevant departments
Designing and executing projects to improve productivity and processes
Further development of standards and information systems
Preparing logistics contracts and conducting negotiations with customers
Acting as an interface between branch management and specialist departments to coordinate multiple site projects
Preparing and analyzing statistics, creating presentations, and facilitating workshops

Degree in business administration or engineering with a focus on logistics
Relevant professional experience in logistics and project management
Good command of German and English
Results-oriented and independent working style
Proficient in common MS Office applications
Knowledge of a warehouse management system (WMS) is an advantage
High level of commitment
Strong communication skills, goal-oriented thinking, and an independent approach to work
