Manage event branding and materials, including design, production, and logistics.
Deliver post-event analytics and executive reporting to inform future strategy.
Execute partner-driven deliverables and ensure alignment with global initiatives.
Champion a collaborative, solutions-focused culture, remaining calm and detail-oriented under pressure.
Demonstrate evidence of ROI through well-managed event programmes.
Embrace AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency and insights.
Some business travel required; occasional in-person meetings and all event setup in Maidenhead office(c. 5% of time).
Support the regional execution of Avetta’s user conference, from programme design, to onsite event management.
Support customer marketing programme to deepen engagement and advocacy across EMEA to increase case studies, clients speaking at events and video testimonials.

Requirements
Degree-level qualification plus marketing qualifications or marketing experience in a high-performing team.
3–5 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally in a regional role within a global organisation.
Proven ability to deliver end-to-end event programmes that drive measurable business outcomes.
Strong data analysis skills to identify trends and inform decisions.
Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills across marketing, sales, and client functions.
