Lead execution of workflow‑driven strategic initiatives, supporting innovation, efficiency, and operating model enhancements across sales and servicing businesses for the Wholesale Business
Serve as an execution partner to CIB/CB leadership, translating business strategy into actionable delivery plans, milestones, and outcomes
Coordinate across Business, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal to ensure initiatives are well‑governed and execution‑ready
Identify and resolve execution risks, dependency conflicts, and sequencing challenges across multiple business initiatives
Support business cases, intake, prioritization, and delivery tracking for innovation initiatives
Develop executive‑ready materials, status reporting, and decision support for senior leadership
Apply Agile and enterprise delivery practices to ensure consistent execution and transparency
Requirements
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Experience within Onboarding, Sales & Servicing, and Business Process Orchestration platforms
Strong understanding and proven experience in building multi product Onboarding journeys in a highly regulatory environment
Experience in coordinating deliveries across multiple functional teams
Strong risk, issue management, and escalation skills
Strong Communication skills, ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment
Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, highly regulated yet dynamic environments
