Responsible for analyzing, evaluating and interpreting the performance of our casando online shop across all digital channels
Developing dashboards and reports to measure and optimize traffic, conversion rates, customer journeys and campaign performance
Close collaboration with teams from Online Marketing, UX, IT and Product Management to derive data-driven recommendations for action
Quality assurance and further development of our tracking setup (e.g. Google Tag Manager, GA4, Consent Management)
Identifying trends, opportunities and weaknesses and deriving concrete optimization measures for the shop, campaigns and customer experience

Professional experience in Digital Analytics, web analytics or performance marketing
Solid knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and ideally Looker Studio
Strong analytical understanding and the ability to present complex data clearly and understandably
Experience with conversion tracking or attribution models is a plus
Structured, independent work style and enthusiasm for data-driven decision making
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, and strong team spirit
