Manage your accounts by influencing listings, promotions, and nurturing productive business relationships.
Co-develop and implement annual customer plans with your accounts.
Prepare and execute your negotiations by building strong analytics: deep dive in numbers, creation of insights and selling stories.
Plan, track and optimize trade spend investments (customer retail media).
Support the acquisition of new customers in the OOH channels with a focus on the chocolate category (Cailler).
Collaborate with other Customer Managers to share best practices and work closely with Marketing, Category Development Manager, Field Sales, and Supply Chain to drive customer-related initiatives.
Requirements
University degree or equivalent.
First experience in category management, sales or trade marketing.
Strong analytics and relationship-building skills.
Entrepreneurial and problem-solving mindset.
Fluent English and German; French is beneficial; Swiss German is a plus.
