About this role
Role Overview
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients within the Mexican market (mid-sized and enterprise companies).
Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders (HR, L&D, leadership, and C-suite).
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand account value.
Lead strategic business reviews focused on performance, impact, and ROI.
Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and aligning solutions to business goals.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales teams to drive account growth.
Support contract renewals and negotiate agreements.
Represent goFLUENT in client meetings, events, and networking opportunities in Mexico.
Travel within Mexico as needed to strengthen client relationships.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management, B2B sales.
Proven experience managing and growing client accounts (retention + expansion).
Strong relationship-building skills across all levels, including senior leadership.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinking with a strong customer-centric approach.
Experience working with CRM tools and LinkedIn is a plus.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
Minimum B2 level of English.
Fluency in Spanish (required for the Mexican market).
Experience in SaaS, e-learning, HR tech, or services is a plus.
