About this role

Design end-to-end architecture for lending platforms, onboarding flows, scoring engines, and integrations with core banking, credit bureaus, and third-party services.
Translate business requirements into technical architectures, data flows, and integration patterns.
Define API standards, data models, and system interfaces that ensure performance, reliability, and compliance.
Provide guidance to engineering teams during design, development, and deployment.
Ensure architectures meet security, regulatory, and non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, auditability).
Participate in technical workshops with clients and internal stakeholders.

5+ years in solution architecture, system design, or senior engineering roles.
Strong understanding of fintech systems: LOS/LMS, KYC/AML, payments, scoring, CRM, or core banking integrations.
Experience with cloud platforms, microservices, APIs, event-driven systems, and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of compliance frameworks (PCI-DSS, GDPR/PDPA, ISO27001).
Ability to simplify complex systems and guide teams through architecture decisions.
Strong analytical, communication, and professional writing skills.
