Role Overview
Content & Communication
Preparing content for LinkedIn (posts, short videos, graphics, slides) as part of a jointly defined marketing plan
Creating and optimizing materials in Canva
Designing presentations, social media graphics, and simple landing pages
Contributing to newsletters, blog posts, and case studies
Research & Lead Generation
Identifying relevant target customers and industries in an industrial environment
Researching decision-makers in production, supply chain, procurement, and lean management
Maintaining, segmenting, and expanding our CRM in HubSpot and running mailing campaigns via Lemlist
Marketing Operations
Supporting the setup of small campaigns
Assisting with simple marketing automations (e.g., Lemlist, HubSpot workflows)
Preparing sales materials and reference documents
Back Office & Organization
Printing and shipping hardware and labels for our customers
Handling incoming and outgoing mail
Supporting general administrative tasks
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a degree program in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field
Confident user of Canva and ideally some initial experience with HubSpot
High motivation to make a real impact in industrial B2B
Very good command of German and clear, structured communication
Interest in digital processes, IoT, and modern procurement systems
Reliable, independent working style and enjoyment of organizational tasks
Bonus: Experience with video editing, social media, or automations
