Install, configure and commission our imaging and laboratory equipment
Train clinic teams on equipment usage, routine maintenance and best practices
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, working closely with: the sales team, who sign contracts and maintain client relationships
Technical support at headquarters for escalations and expert assistance
Maintain close client relationships in coordination with the responsible sales representative
Participate in trade shows and national conferences to support the sales force (product presentation and demonstrations)
Write service reports and ensure daily updates to the CRM (Salesforce)

Experience preferred with medical equipment, ideally in medical imaging and/or laboratory equipment
Candidates with prior installer/field technician experience are valued
Or veterinary assistant profile (ASV) with strong technical and IT aptitude, looking to move into a more technical role
Comfortable with IT and networking (configuration, connections, software/hardware interfaces)
Ability to work autonomously and be solution-oriented in the field
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
Ability to work closely with sales and internal technical teams
Mobility across the Rhône-Alpes and Southeast regions (daily travel)
Driving license (Category B) required
