Manages Plasma Supply Chain Operations activities associated with receipt, distribution, storage, and inventory control of raw plasma
Directs receipt, storage, and distribution of all raw plasma
Oversees plasma receiving and scheduling activities
System owner of Warehouse Management System and responsible for driving continuous system and process improvements
Accountable for a major cold storage logistics operation holding inventories valued between $60M and $150M
Identifies opportunities for operational efficiencies and drives implementation of changes
Establishes departmental performance objectives and measurements
Manages and develops departmental budgets and manages expenses

Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, business administration, engineering, or related field
APICS certifications such as CPIM or CSCP preferred
Minimum of 5 years of related experience
Project or technical leadership experience required
Supervisory or management experience preferred
Working knowledge of manufacturing and system processes
Strong knowledge of cGMP's and other regulatory requirements
