We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Specialist focused on the Farmer model (account maintenance and growth). This is a strategic role to strengthen client relationships, ensure high performance, and identify new opportunities within the existing client base;
Manage and develop the White Label client portfolio, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty;
Serve as the main point of contact for the commercial, operational, and strategic needs of assigned clients;
Identify growth and revenue-increasing opportunities within the existing base;
Monitor performance indicators and recommend actions for continuous improvement;
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product, revenue) to deliver customized solutions;
Ensure achievement of agreed targets and SLAs with clients;
Compile and present results internally and to external partners.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed;
Knowledge of loyalty programs and points redemption mechanisms;
Strong negotiation skills, contract management, and experience managing key accounts;
Prior experience with White Label projects, APIs, and/or indirect distribution channels;
Experience in loyalty programs, airlines, travel/tourism, or fintechs;
Familiarity with loyalty platforms and payment methods;
Intermediate or advanced Spanish is a plus;
Previous account management experience (Account Executive, Farmer, or similar);
Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities;
Analytical mindset and results-oriented approach;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
