Design and develop test rigs, fixtures, and adaptations within timelines.
Support new product development and research initiatives.
Operate, maintain, and upgrade test rigs and testing facilities.
Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers for fixture design and manufacturing.
Develop customized test setups for component and system testing.
Improve existing rigs and ensure uninterrupted operations through proactive planning.
Document CAD models, drawings, calculations, and lessons learned.
Maintain compliance with quality systems, safety standards, and 5S practices.

5-6 years of experience in automotive testing fixtures and test rig development; bearing testing preferred.
Expertise in CAD modeling (CREO/ProE), GD&T, and fixture design.
Strong knowledge of machine design, strength calculations, FEA, and material standards.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes (heat-treatment, forging, machining, welding, coating, plating).
Understanding of testing methods, global standards, and instruments used for testing.
Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, PLM tools; knowledge of IATF16949/ISO systems.
Strong analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and communication in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
Knowledge of DFMEA, DVP, project management, and lab operations.
