Senior Nuclear Instructor – Engineering

Role Overview

• Coordinate training program requirements typically including scheduling and supporting Program and/or Curriculum Review Committee meetings
• Develop meeting agendas based on training program requirements
• Gather and present supporting training data for the Program/Curriculum Review Committee’s assignments
• Track action items and identify training program problems to management for resolution
• Develop and implement resolutions to complex nuclear training program corrective actions and improvement items
• Maintain training program documentation consistent with nuclear industry training requirements
• Prepare and present typical Nuclear Training Materials consistent with the Systematic Approach to Training: Lesson Plans, Lesson Notes, Job Performance Measures (JPM), Laboratory Guides, Simulator Guides, Workbooks

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED with 6 years instructional or applicable department experience
• Strong work ethic focused on timely completion of assigned work, procedure compliance, and leadership
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
