About this role

Responsible for day-to-day financial operations including billing customers according to contractual guidelines
Assist with full cycle bookkeeping, including bank reconciliation and sales taxes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and resolve issues
Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements following IFRS
Research technical accounting guidance and prepare IFRS memos
Oversee expense tracking, budgeting, and forecasting across departments
Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting
Continuously evaluate and streamline financial processes for efficiency
Prepare reports and financial analysis as needed

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and/or Finance
At least 3 years of experience in accounting
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Quickbooks and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced setting while maintaining accuracy and delivery against deadlines
CPA designation or progress towards it
