Define and lead the enterprise IT product management strategy across all assigned product domains.
Establish clear product visions, strategic objectives, and multi-year roadmaps aligned to business priorities and operational goals.
Translate strategic business objectives into prioritised product outcomes and measurable value delivery.
Create consistent product management disciplines across all products, including roadmap management, backlog governance, value measurement, and lifecycle planning.
Act as a key liaison between IT and business units, ensuring products supports operational needs.
Ensure every product backlog is value driven and agreed with business stakeholders
Lead and mentor IT product teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Negotiate and manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.
Requirements
7–10+ years in product management, product ownership, or technology leadership
Proven ownership of enterprise‑scale products or platforms
Experience driving strategy across multiple product teams or portfolios
Ability to challenge and influence exec and director‑level stakeholders
Experience managing expectations while protecting team focus and delivery integrity
Deep understanding of Agile and product‑centric delivery models
Experience transitioning from programme/project delivery to BAU product teams
Experience owning large enterprise platforms (e.g. ERP, CRM, digital platforms) and exposure to Azure, Power Platform, integrations & data migration
Experience with budget ownership and cost control
Can create a culture of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement
