Support the implementation of and manage the Group’s transformation strategy.
Drive delivery of the B-BBEE Strategy for the Group that outlines key objectives, initiatives, timeframes and related costs.
Support the Transformation Director with the execution of all interventions across the business, ensuring subsidiaries align with regulatory and legislative requirements and aligns to the business strategy.
Support subsidiaries in developing and implementing their B-BBEE Plans detailing appropriate strategies and action plans to achieve their respective target levels.
Understand Group & subsidiaries services, operations and strategy to facilitate the alignment the B-BBEE objectives.
Track monitor and report on the delivery of all special projects and plans for all subsidiaries.
Drive the realization of scorecard targets across all companies and ensure achievement of agreed upon targets.
Track budget to ensure targets are being met.
Ensure key information and changes to the Codes are communicated to all stakeholders timeously.
Lead the annual B-BBEE verification by the appointed verification agency.
Oversee due diligence on all transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with Head of HR to support the implementation of the Employment Equity strategy and Employment Equity Plans.
Ensure compliance with the Employment Equity Act.
Actively participate as a member of the Transformation Committee, contributing to discussions, initiatives and decisions that drive the Employment Equity objectives.
Create and execute DEI initiatives aligned with the organization's goals and strategy.
Educate and create awareness to employees and leadership on the importance of DEI.
Collaborate with external organizations, community groups, and industry networks to promote DEI.
Stay updated on best practices and trends in DEI.
Regularly communicate DEI progress and initiatives to stakeholders, including leadership and employees.
Overseeing and managing the training and development programs within the organization.
Collaborating with department heads and managers to determine specific training requirements.
Measuring the success of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
Allocating resources and managing the budget for training and development activities.
Ensuring cost-effective training solutions.
Providing guidance and support to employees with their personal development plans.
Encouraging continuous learning and professional growth.
Keeping detailed records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes.
Ensuring compliance with any regulatory or organizational training requirements.

Ensure compliance to statutory requirements.
Ensure the company's compliance with Employment Equity Act, in collaboration with Head of HR.
Timeous submission of the WSP/ATR to MICT SETA.
Ensure Group B-BBEE Consolidation audit is completed timeously.
Timeous submission of the B-BBEE report to the BEE Commissioner.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Business Administration or similar.
Proven experience in leading organizational transformation projects.
Understanding of the B-BBEE legislation and Codes of Good Practice to support sustained achievement scorecard targets.
Ability to craft and conduct research.
MDP qualification in B-BBEE.
Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Skills Development and leading the portfolio in a corporate function.
Experience in compiling and submitting Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR).
Skills Development Facilitator qualification.
Experience in B-BBEE and transformation at a managerial level.
Experience with BEE123 tool is advantageous.
Knowledge of Employment Equity Legislation.
Demonstrated expertise in DEI strategy development and implementation.
