Posting, analysis and verification of incoming and outgoing invoices, including invoices for services rendered and received.
Calculation of taxes (ISS, ICMS, PIS, COFINS, IPI, IRPJ, CSLL) and issuance of payment guides for collection.
Preparation and submission of ancillary tax filings (SPED Fiscal, EFD Contribuições, DCTF, ECD, ECF, DIRF, DEFIS, among others).
Tax inquiries and issuance of certificates from the appropriate authorities.
Consultative guidance to clients and the team on tax procedures and tax classification.
Development of tax reports and presentation of results.
Analysis and application of tax incentives and benefits to optimize client outcomes.
Conducting client meetings and supporting the selection of the most advantageous tax regimes.

Previous experience in an accounting firm
Practical experience with Lucro Real and Lucro Presumido tax regimes
Up-to-date knowledge of tax legislation, tax calculation and ancillary obligations
Knowledge of tax benefits and incentives
Experience with various systems (e.g., Alterdata, Protheus, and Nasajon)
Proactivity and a systems perspective to anticipate risks and propose improvements
Ability to perform under challenging deadlines with resilience and quality
Good communication and objectivity for interactions and meetings with clients and the team
Ethics, integrity and commitment to excellence
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
