Prepare and analyze financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement
DRE, Cash Flow Statement
DFC, Statement of Changes in Equity
DMPL), ensuring the quality and reliability of information
Perform analyses of financial indicators, identifying optimization opportunities and providing strategic support to leadership
Monitor accounting close processes, correct discrepancies and ensure data integrity
Monitor changes in accounting and tax legislation, applying them accurately to processes
Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement of controls
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (only candidates with this degree will be considered)
Experience in analysis and calculation of direct taxes (IR, IRPJ and CSLL)
Practical experience with Lucro Real and Lucro Presumido tax regimes (Real Profit and Presumed Profit)
Analytical profile, attention to detail and the ability to turn accounting data into strategic insights
Continuous updating on tax and accounting legislation
Proactivity and systems thinking to anticipate risks and propose improvements
Ability to work under challenging deadlines with resilience and quality
Good communication and conciseness for interaction with clients and the team
