Own and optimize paid acquisition channels including search, social, and display
Plan and execute performance-driven campaigns aligned to pipeline and revenue targets
Partner with Content and Product Marketing to develop high-converting assets and messaging
Manage budgets, forecasts, and ROI targets across channels
Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns using full-funnel metrics
Test and scale new channels, audiences, and AI-driven use cases
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B performance or demand marketing within a SaaS environment
Strong understanding of AI-powered products and performance-driven buyer behavior
Demonstrated success managing paid media programs that drive pipeline and revenue
Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot or Marketo with Salesforce)
Strong analytical and optimization skills
Non-negotiable: Prior experience working fully remote, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and experience working with US
