Your responsibilities include selling and supporting our service offerings related to construction machinery in the northern operational area of the Kassel branch.
In addition, you are responsible for the personal and independent support and advising of your customers as part of our comprehensive customer service.
You are responsible for selling after-sales services and spare parts.
With your technical expertise you will support the sales and implementation of digital service offerings.
With strong commitment, you will advise existing customers and acquire new clients.
You will also coordinate service and spare parts orders and prepare repair quotations.
You will develop tailored solutions from our wide range of services, aligned with our customers' needs.
Requirements
Education
You have successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training.
Practical experience
You have experience in service sales, dispatching/scheduling and spare parts sales.
Customer and sales orientation
You demonstrate a strong sales focus and customer-oriented approach.
Proactive team player
A willingness to take initiative and strong communication skills are among your strengths.
IT skills
Confident use of standard MS Office programs, DispoTool and Salesforce completes your profile.
