manages employees performing quality engineering and technical activities on or in support of programs through all phases of the product lifecycle

develops and administers directives, policies, processes and procedures activities to assure program/contract, company, customer/government, regulatory requirements, international standards, and working agreements are deployed

oversees review of technical information to ensure quality and producibility

Requirements
at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience)
more than 5 years of experience in root cause analysis and corrective action
more than 5 years of experience in the application of AS9100
experience interfacing with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA)
experience providing briefings to senior and/or executive level management
