Role Overview
- Analyze, conduct root cause analysis and develop dispositions for production non-conformances
- Apply knowledge of Boeing design principles to assess and resolve product/process issues
- Identify, document, analyze reported problems and communicate deviations
- Develop and implement product/process improvements
- Support Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and participate in design reviews
- Ensure supplier and build partner compliance with Boeing standards
- Participate in on-site disabled product repair teams and accident investigation
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field
- 2+ years of experience in production or manufacturing environment
- 2+ years of experience in structures, systems, design, or production engineering (Associate)
- 5+ years of experience in structures, systems, design, or production engineering (Mid-Career)
- 9+ years of experience in structures, systems, design, or production engineering (Senior)
- 2+ years of experience working with MRB (Material Review Board) activities related to aircraft systems or structures
- Hands-on experience with materials and manufacturing processes
