Create reference implementations, code samples, templates, and operational runbooks.
Ensure platform architecture aligns with enterprise standards and regulatory frameworks.
Architect and implement agentic automation features including LLM‑powered coding assistants, autonomous pipelines, collaborate with PMO, Architecture, QE and App Sec CoE to embed architecture/quality/security checks, and workflow automation.
Develop hands‑on integrations of Agentic capabilities directly into SDLC tooling.
Build evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and human‑in‑the‑loop mechanisms through real system instrumentation.
Treat the Developer Platform as a product, building POCs, validating feedback, and improving user journeys through working prototypes.
Conduct developer interviews, then translate findings into actionable features and improvements.
Drive adoption by producing highly usable interfaces, automations, and self‑service workflows.
Track DevEx metrics through data, dashboards, and usage telemetry.
Lead by doing: write production code, build prototypes, conduct architecture deep dives, and debug complex platform issues directly.
Mentor and upskill platform engineers through pairing sessions, architectural spikes, code reviews, and structured technical coaching.
Evaluate open-source and cloud-native tools through real implementation testing — not just desk research — before recommending adoption.
Serve as the primary technical advisor to engineering leaders, product managers, cloud/security stakeholders, and platform end-users.
Communicate platform strategy and architectural decisions with clarity using working demos, prototypes, and measurable outcomes rather than slide decks alone.
Build trust with senior stakeholders by delivering tangible proof-of-value early and consistently.
Embed secure‑by‑design and DevSecOps principles into platform components through hands‑on code contributions.
Implement controls, policies, and automated enforcement mechanisms for AI governance and SDLC compliance.
Partner with risk and security teams to operationalize regulatory requirements in platform systems.
