Provide support in preparing and reviewing contractual measurement documents and operational records.
Coordinate with inspectors to monitor analysis of operational performance.
Assist in drafting external letters and/or internal documents related to operational controls and durations.
Calculate management performance indicators related to vessels and perform critical analysis of completed operations, as well as year-to-date results, adding comments in the designated location.
Verify and adjust BI dashboards when necessary.
Participate in handover meetings between Planning and Operations.
Perform critical review of documents received from Planning (e.g., APRs, MDs, APOs, and SOPs) to provide feedback on their quality to Planning, and propose improvements and optimizations.
Monitor vessel operations, staying proactively informed about material embarkation, technical condition of equipment and tools, interfaces with other departments, and other pertinent issues.
Validate/approve documents generated during operations. At the end of operations, analyze performance to identify positive aspects to replicate and negative aspects to address, creating actions to prevent recurrence. Share findings in lessons-learned meetings or similar forums.
Support the management and compliance with standards related to vessel activities, participating in their review or issuance when necessary.
Initiate, issue, and/or execute Change Management actions when a change or alteration is identified, in accordance with applicable standards.
Participate in RACs (Review and Critical Analysis Meetings) related to vessels and compile and prepare material for RACs with a focus on performance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or Materials Engineering.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience specifically related to activities with subsea equipment on vessels in the Subsea area (PLSVs, RSVs, SESVs, etc.).
Registration with the professional council (CREA).
Intermediate English.
Note: Regarding the education requirement, other engineering degrees are accepted provided they are accompanied by a certificate issued by the respective Professional Council confirming possession of all professional responsibilities of the engineering disciplines listed above.
