Define and deliver a global investment data strategy aligned with enterprise priorities
Design scalable data architecture and sourcing approaches to meet business needs
Guide the roadmap for data platforms, reporting, analytics, and self-service tools
Oversee daily operations of the investment data platform to meet service expectations
Partner with regional teams to align data practices and share solutions
Build and develop a high-performing team through coaching and clear goals
Expand analytics capabilities, including predictive insights and automation
Strengthen data governance, quality standards, and usage practices
Promote data literacy across the investment organization through training and resources
Collaborate with compliance and market data teams to support regulatory and licensing needs
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
10–15 years of experience in data, analytics, or investment-related roles
Experience developing and delivering data strategies at scale
Strong understanding of investment data, workflows, and business processes
Experience leading teams and developing talent across functions or regions
Ability to manage data platforms, vendors, and technology roadmaps
Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and regulatory considerations
Strong communication skills with the ability to connect technical and business teams
Experience delivering reliable data services within defined service levels
Ability to work across global teams and navigate complex organizations
