Serve customers through multiple channels (phone, WhatsApp, in-person).
Resolve questions, requests, and complaints with agility and empathy.
Monitor satisfaction metrics and suggest improvements to the customer experience.
Support the management of the After-Sales Center (service volume, key initiatives, training, and team oversight).
Coordinate email marketing and in-app push notifications for relationship journeys and marketing campaigns.
Monitor daily results and KPIs of campaigns and area metrics.
Develop event/action briefings and approve scopes in line with the proposed communication strategy.
Organize virtual and in-person events that are part of the customer relationship journey.
Act as the main interface with vendors and internal departments.
Manage client materials and promotional gifts.
Conduct delivery inspections of houses with clients.
Perform detailed analyses of requests to develop action plans and specific strategies to provide feedback to the company and drive continuous improvement in the area.
Implement control and monitoring systems to ensure the effectiveness of strategies and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Coordinate with departments involved in delivering construction works to the end customer.
Requirements
Completed Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related fields.
Prior experience in the real estate sector is a plus.
Availability to travel.
