Work independently to support leadership through expert analysis, policy refinement, procedural improvement, and organizational consultation
Aid with policy improvement, practices, records, methods, procedures, and organizational structure
Conduct research and perform quality assurance audits related to reports on adverse actions reported to external organizations
Assist management with communicating with external customers to resolve any filing or reporting disputes
Review, file, serve, and/or distribute all documents in compliance with the Florida Statutes
Ensure accurate indexing and storage of documents
Analyze data and compile reports for quarterly expenditure reporting

Certified Paralegal or Minimum of two-years of experience as a Legal Assistant
Knowledge of Florida Statutes, and Department of Health rules governing purchasing and contracts
Knowledge of supervisory or administrative principles and practices
Ability to interpret laws, executive orders, agency rules, administrative orders and government regulations
Knowledge and skills performing operational or compliance audits
Knowledge and skills in utilizing computers and software
