Technical focal point towards blade supplier for process engineering topics, close cooperation with technical program managers and global process engineers.
Ensuring lessons learnt and best practices are implemented at the supplier, eliminating recurring quality issues, reducing costs and improving production cycles
Process engineering focal point for new blade type introduction, coordination and execution support for technical changes together with technical program managers
Provide technical support in the shopfloor to solve operational and process relevant issues in blade manufacturing
Coordinate and support in execution of new material industrialization topics and involvement in shop floor trials
Driving cost-out projects to decrease consumptions in the shopfloor, involvement in BoM discussions
Give support to process excellence team during process audits and on corrective action implementation tracking
Requirements
University degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
Multiple year experience (at least 4 years) within blade manufacturing is required, preferred in production or/and process departments
Hands-on mentality
Willingness to work in shopfloor projects
Ready to work in shifts when required
Strong communication skills on engineering level as well as in blue collar level
Fluency in English is mandatory
