You will be part of the Marketing — Demand Generation team. Your work will be focused on the Feedz product, an HR management system within the Totvs portfolio.
The challenge is to lead and execute the new online acquisition plan, aligning strategies with Sales and other areas to ensure sustainable product growth.
Map and plan the customer acquisition process for Feedz, defining target audiences, ICP, and packaging.
Lead the execution of the online demand generation plan, monitoring the marketing funnel and targets.
Orchestrate content production, directing copy, landing pages, and media materials with internal teams.
Monitor and analyze performance data using tools like Power BI or Looker to optimize results.
Report results in a structured way in leadership forums, ensuring alignment and transparency.
Requirements
Generalist and strategic mindset to define offers, target audiences, and orchestrate content production.
Functional knowledge of digital channels, with the ability to collaborate with teams specialized in paid media and SEO.
Solid experience in demand generation and inbound marketing in the online environment.
Advanced data analysis skills, proficient with tools such as Power BI.
Clear and proactive communication, essential for remote work and cross-team collaboration.
The following will be considered a plus:
Previous experience in B2B SaaS companies.
Knowledge of the HR sector (HR Techs).
Familiarity with Inside Sales methodologies.
Experience in strategic digital marketing planning.
Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
